Information used to operate the store
When you browse, create an account, contact the store, or place an order, the store may process information needed to provide those functions. This can include contact details, billing and shipping details, selected products, account information, technical information, and communications you send.
Contact requests and consent
The Contact page collects your name, email address, subject, message, required consent, and an optional order number. Crown X Creations uses this information only to receive, manage, protect, and respond to your support or general-inquiry request. Contact-form data is not sold, and the form must not be used to submit payment-card, banking, password, or other payment credentials.
Contact requests are transmitted through a secure server-side Crown X Creations gateway and stored in Supabase, which provides the structured backend service used to process these requests. Abuse controls may store one-way server-generated hashes rather than raw IP addresses or browser fingerprints. Public visitors cannot list, read, update, or delete contact submissions.
Contact-request retention
Active support requests are retained while needed to respond and manage the request. Resolved requests will be reviewed for deletion or anonymization after a retention period approved by Crown X Creations. Spam may be removed sooner. A permanent resolved-request retention period has not been adopted.
Commerce and fulfillment providers
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce for storefront and commerce functions. Payment information is handled through the payment provider shown during checkout; Crown X Creations does not publish or request payment credentials through ordinary site content. Product and delivery information needed to fulfill applicable items may be shared with the connected print-on-demand fulfillment provider, including Printify and its production partners.
Site services
Hosting, security, caching, analytics, and commerce integrations may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, referring pages, and site interactions to operate, protect, and understand the store. The installed service set may include Hostinger, Supabase, Google site services, WooCommerce integrations, and Meta commerce services.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may support the cart, checkout, account sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and connected services. Browser controls may allow you to limit some cookies, but essential store functions may then be unavailable.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as required for store operations, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. Exact retention periods can vary by record and provider. Requests concerning personal information should be submitted through the Contact page; identity verification may be required.
Changes
This working policy may be updated as the store’s verified services and legal requirements develop. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
