## How are products made?

Current apparel is produced after purchase through the store’s connected print-on-
demand fulfillment network. Product-specific materials and options appear on each
product page.

## How long will production and shipping take?

Timing varies by product, destination, and fulfillment conditions. The store does
not publish an unverified fixed delivery promise. Tracking is provided when an order
ships and the carrier makes it available.

## Can I change an order?

Production may begin soon after checkout, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact
Crown X Creations promptly through the contact page with the relevant order information.

## What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Use the contact page and include a clear description of the issue. Photographs may
be requested so the fulfillment problem can be reviewed. Any resolution depends 
on the verified circumstances and applicable store policy.

## What are Archive Drops?

Archive Drops are time-limited editions drawn from the Crown X Creations creative
archive. Public purchasing is available only during the announced release window.
Once the final sales window closes, that edition retires permanently: no restocks
or new commercial reprints. Existing accepted orders and eligible defect remedies
remain supported.
