# RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Crown X Creations products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment
network. The rules below apply subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under
applicable law.

## Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered,
contact Crown X Creations within 30 days of confirmed delivery through the site 
Contact page or the order’s transactional email thread.

Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.
Include the size tag when the issue concerns size or the wrong product, and include
packaging evidence when the issue concerns transit damage.

After review, an eligible issue may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, refund,
or another approved resolution supported by the fulfillment provider and applicable
law. A one-for-one correction of an existing defective order is an order-support
remedy; it does not reopen a retired edition for new sales. Do not return a damaged,
defective, or incorrect item unless Crown X Creations instructs you to do so.

## Made-to-order products and customer selections

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for choosing
the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or otherwise receiving the product 
and variant accurately ordered. Review the product description, size guide, color,
and variant selection before checkout.

## Order changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested only before production begins and are 
not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order generally cannot be changed or
cancelled. Cancelling an order in WooCommerce does not guarantee that the connected
Printify production order has been cancelled.

## Address accuracy and delivery

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional production, reshipment, return-to-sender, or carrier charges caused by
an incorrect or incomplete address may remain the customer’s responsibility, subject
to the fulfillment provider’s verified options and applicable law.

## How to request help

Use the site Contact page or reply to the order’s transactional email. Include only
the order and evidence information needed to review the issue. Crown X Creations
will not promise a specific outcome until the order record, supporting evidence,
and available Printify-supported resolution have been verified.
