# TERMS AND CONDITIONS

## Store operator and acceptance

This storefront is operated for Crown X Creations LLC under the Crown X Creations
name. By using the site or completing checkout, you agree to these working terms
and the policies linked from the store.

## Products and availability

Product images, descriptions, options, and prices are presented in good faith and
may be updated to correct errors or reflect availability. Screen and production 
differences can affect perceived color. Archive Drops are time-limited editions.
Public ordering is restricted to the announced release window; eligible member presales
follow the stated tier and event terms. Once the final sales window closes, the 
edition retires permanently, with no restocks or new commercial reprints. Accepted
orders and eligible remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain supported.

## Orders

An order submission is a request to purchase. Acceptance depends on successful payment
processing, product availability, fraud and security review, and the ability to 
fulfill the selected configuration. The store may cancel and refund an order it 
cannot lawfully or practically fulfill.

## Pricing, tax, and shipping

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable shipping charges are presented during checkout.
Tax treatment depends on the verified checkout configuration and applicable requirements;
no tax exemption or all-inclusive price is promised unless checkout states it.

## Creative rights

Crown X Creations names, artwork, stories, symbols, product presentation, and site
content remain protected creative property except where third-party rights are identified.
Purchase of a physical product does not transfer reproduction, merchandising, trademark,
or other intellectual-property rights.

## Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access,
submit fraudulent information, or copy protected content for unauthorized commercial
use.
